Matt and Liz Hadsall

Elizabeth and Matt Hadsall
The weather could not have been more perfect for Matt and Liz's outdoor wedding at Botanica. Matt and Liz were not only a great couple to work with, but each of their families were so welcoming and just as appreciative and thoughtful. The Hadsall's wedding not only reflected the personalities of the bride and groom, but also their hearts for each other, family and most importantly God. At each wedding or event, I learn something new about my job, people or simply just how important the gift of marriage is. During Matt and Liz's ceremony, instead of lighting a unity candle or pouring sand, they tied a God's Knot. It was a very special time for the bride and groom. The reception was equally encouraging and inspiring as the bride's sister, and the groom's two best men shared; not only embarrassing stories, but also sentimental advice. After the toasts, the bride's father got up to share one of the most amazing speeches I have ever heard. His love for his wife, and the gratitude he expressed towards her and the way she raised their daughters kept the guests laughing and crying.

The shabby chic wedding ceremony took place in the meadow at Botanica and the reception on the terrace. The wedding colors were, mustard yellow with accents of brown and burnt orange. Mason jars, wood chargers, twigs, bird seed, and lanterns adorned the terrace area at Botanica. The guests danced under lighted trees to music played by DJ, Larry Perlman with At Your Request.
It was truly a blessing to be a part of such a beautiful couple inside and out. This is why I LOVE my job and feel so incredibly lucky to be able to help create lasting memories for each bride and groom I work with!!!
